Terms AND CONDITIONS Jil Wedding Car Hire

1 INTERPRETATION - In these Conditions:

“The Supplier” is JIL Wedding Car Hire

“Conditions” means the terms and conditions of hire set out in this document and include and special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the Supplier and the Hirer.

“Contract” means the contract for the Hire of the Wedding/chauffeur driven cars.

“Deliver Address” means the address stated on the order.

“Price” means the price of the hire.

2 BOOKINGS - Bookings are confirmed once the Booking Fee has been paid. A non refundable Booking Fee of £50 per vehicle is required. The balance outstanding must be paid no later than thirty (30) days before the wedding date.

3 CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations must be made in writing to JIL Wedding Car Hire. All cancellations incur a charge (minimum amount is the Booking Fee) should the hirer cancel within 90 days of the wedding date the balance is paid in full. In the event of JIL Wedding Car Hire secure a replacement hire for the dates booked all monies paid will be refunded less the Booking Fee.

4 CHANGE OF DATES - In the event of the Hirer changing the dates of the booking JIL Wedding Car Hire will transfer the booking to the new date provided the date is available. If the new date is unavailable the Hirer will forfeit the Booking Fee.

5 TERMS OF PAYMENT - Payment is due thirty (30) days prior to the date of the wedding/hire less the Booking Fee where applicable

6 SUBSTITUTE VEHICLES - JIL Wedding Car Hire reserve the right to substitute vehicles in the event of mechanical failure or circumstances beyond our control. Vehicles of a lesser hire charge will entitle the Hirer to a refund of the difference. Where a replacement vehicle is of a higher grade there will be extra charge.

7 VEHICLE DECORATION - The vehicles will be decorated with ribbons (colour) of your choice and a flower arrangement on the rear parcel shelf.

8 CHAFFEURS - JIL Wedding Car Hire chauffeurs will use the route based on local knowledge (time and date) and/or satellite navigation.

9 PASSANGER SAFETY - All passengers are required to ware seat belts. JIL Wedding Car Hire can supply booster seats for children aged between 4 (four) and 12 (twelve) accompanied by an adult.

10 CHANGE OF CONDITIONDS - JIL Wedding Car Hire reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions at any time

11 GENERAL - The Contract shall be governed by the Laws of Scotland and the Hirer agrees to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
